What we collect
- Account details: your first name, your email address or sign-in account, and confirmation that you are 18 or older.
- Practice data: written transcripts of your practice conversations, your scores on lesson speaking prompts, your scorecards, your progress and which lessons you have finished.
- Purchases: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: pages viewed and features used, collected with Google Analytics.
Your voice
During a practice conversation, your voice is streamed to OpenAI so the AI character can hear and answer you in real time, and it is converted into a written transcript. We do not record or store your audio. The transcript is saved to your account so you can review your scorecard. When you answer a lesson prompt out loud, your browser records up to 30 seconds of audio and our server sends it to OpenAI to be written down and scored. Video ads
If you choose to watch video ads to earn free conversations, the ads are provided by Google Ad Manager. Google's ad code loads only after you tap to watch an ad, and Google may use cookies and similar technologies to show and measure ads, including personalized ads. How we use your data

Services we use
Google Firebase (sign-in, database, hosting and analytics), OpenAI (voice conversations, transcription and scoring), Stripe (payments) and Google Ad Manager (optional video ads).
Deleting your data
